    It's not about you, but how people experience you. Wow! That was a real eye opening thought. I had a paradigm shift when you said that. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Hope you have many blessings in your life Kara.

    Hey Kara, thanks for these awesome tips. I wasn’t speaking in meetings and self promoting myself because I thought being productive was enough. I never thought of executive presence the way you did in the video. Great content.💯

    Hi, do you coach someone that is an aspiring leader? Or only those that are already leaders?

    • @kararonin
      @kararonin  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I coach aspiring leaders, but at the moment, I'm not doing any coaching.

      @@kararonin Thank you for responding! My leader says I need to prove I am a leader first before promotion, I am confused how to go about this if leading people is not in my job description at the moment. I don’t want to over step boundaries. Any advice or a video you could point me to would be greatly appreciated!

    Do you have any advice on how to deal with boastful team members? Should you give them this feedback if it's getting annoying? If so, how can you say this?

    • @kararonin
      @kararonin  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If it's getting annoying and is happening all the time, you could talk to that person in a private conversation. They may not be aware of what they're doing.

      I'm glad you liked this video. I do think it's a good idea to ask others how you come across. I talk about this more in building a leadership brand th-cam.com/video/yLh2KR1Wp8o/w-d-xo.html

    I've change industry and back to home country after 8 years of working in overseas for a new environment but after months i feel so helpless and always clueless and have no confidence or shy to ask questions.... not too sure if I am late as I always don't think I understand on the overall functioning business and numbers as a team leader for my team or peers sometimes I felt like I am a failure and always having self doubt...perhaps I have imposter syndrome 😢

      It's challenging settling back into a new work environment, even if it's in your home country. Try to remember the strengths you've built by working overseas to combat this lack of confidence and potential Impostor Syndrome. There's a number of videos on my channel about confidence btw.
