He started La Masia at age seven. They preach team ethic like a religion. The only threat is injury, and I'm sure they know that limiting his minutes is very important to preventing that. Thank Zeus that thugs like Ramos and Pepe are no longer at RM.
Some people were just born to do special things in the history of humanity; Yamal is one of them. Since he was born things lined up for him. I wish him the best as long as he stays a good kid.

I'm a fan of barcelona since 1991. I have seen all the players some of you saw as adult players from iniesta xavi and the rest. What is the determining factor with a very young player is his mental and his maturity in decision making on the field. This is what separated messi from all at his age . Now this the same maturity that lamine has . He will be a great juat like how we saw messi and said the same
Barcelona and Spain wear down their best youngsters. which is part of the reason for Pedri and Gavi`s constant injury issues. I do hope that Yamal doesn`t suffer the same fate, because he looks like a truly special player.

A very underrated aspect of his is his physique, he doesn't get injured for ridiculous periods of time despite being so young. That strength, along with his skills and incredible maturity is gonna take him to new heights. God bless the child, Spaniards need him, can't wait for another era of Spanish-dominance just like the good old days. Their midfield is stacked, their defense is good and their offense is pitch-perfect.
that is why, up until he's 20 or 21, his playing time should be somewhat limited. from 20s matches in the first, then 30-35, then 35-40; only when he reached the age of 20 can he be allowed to play for a full schedule (50-60 matches per club season).

The problem with very young stars is that many reach their peak performance too young and sometimes they cannot grow more than that, or they cannot maintain their performance in the following years, and that is a burden of stress and pressure that is difficult to bear. We have to let Yamal develop and see what happens.
Honestly hope that Yamal fate will never be like Bojan.. Media and everyone need to Stop PRESSURE him as Next Messi, He will be own Lamine Yamal with extradionary talent just already blessed that during his toddler era are baptized by Messi

Barcelona decline may be the undoing of yamal true greatness... Wish he would have been coached by Pep for even 3 years max to get real greatness
thing for me is the height i dont think he can be a messi type player being 5ft 9 at 17 years old he is going to be 5ft11 by the time he is 20 or 5ft10 i know henry cr7 ronaldinho are all tall and skillful and great players but yea i just dont see yamal being a messi type player maybe ronaldinho/neymar type player

Crazy I was only born one year after him. My ass is still in high school and he's in a euros final
Bro is born into royalty
- Messi held baby Yamal
- say no more
Ray, you should take a close look at Estevão, the new wonder kid of Palmeiras. He plays in a position similar to Lamine.
Finalissima 2025 is gonna be an epic reunion -- Messi vs. Yamal!!!
True Barça fans know to never call him the next YOU-KNOW-WHO. It's the same reason that baseball players in the dugout never mention that their pitcher still hasn't given up a hit and it's the 8th inning. Yamal is great with potential to be even greater, and leave it at that.
I think you mean wunderkind... But great video as always!
Really like your channel and your videos, just find someone else to narrate them that doesn't have the same accent and you are golden. 😅
I can admit I was a doubter. Seeing him win the Euros has changed my mind.
