    Thank you so much mam... I'm a student and i have to sit for around 6-7 hrs a day and I'm suffering this from last 10-11 months... But these 3 days(2 times a day) of exercise makes me very comfortable and pain has just gone... I will continue the exercise for atleast one month and after that I will do this one time a day... Thank you so much... ❤

    Amazing. I’m 33 weeks pregnant and due to my sleeping position I’ve been suffering with neck pain everyday. Doing these exercises has helped lots!

    Thank you doctor for this neck exercises.. as a 12th grade student I'm also suffering from severe neck pain from past 10 months and Still getting cured very slowly... just saw this video and it was quite helpful though it was painful for me a little while doing It.. hope I can gradually recover from my neck pain soon❤

    Do not use ur hand strength, use ur neck strength - This is so important but every one forget or neglect to inform. For so many years I did it wrong and my neck pain and heag ache used to increase bcoz I used to put pressure from both hand and neck. Thank you very much for the suggestion.

    This was good what you said ...you mentioned about stress and relaxation as the problem..
    So after doing a bit of this exercises i did my complete sleep ..prayer for relaxation and Gods grace ..everythign ok.. Good
