I do not agree that going into raw softer is the overall answer. The best answer is to approach it according to your personality. For example, if I move into a new habit gradually, I am more likely to find excuses and chest. If I go cold turkey and am super strict in the beginning, I will stick with it. So just like our individual macro needs vary, approaching raw needs to vary to what works best for that individual.
