Steps to overcome
-Accept that you are __.
-Take in appreciation.
-Stop comparing ourself to others
-Tweak your self talk
-Keep practicing + learning
-embrace your uniqueness
-put words to your emotions (know your stress type)
-measure your process.-put the work in
-Don’t put people who are successful in what you’re trying to achieve on a pedestal.
-recognize social media only seeing the highlights (when you are planning stay off social media)
-Find your tribe. Surround yourself with people that are like-minded and believe in you
-create a digital folder of “happy” emails/texts/DMs
