I can't see device model for NVR. It says "NVR" under model. There is no other model number I could find using using web interface or PSS. Any ideas? Just trying to see if there is any firmware to be updated for NVR. Also do we also need to update firmware on camera itself?
Good day everyone! Thank you for a very useful video but what can we do if one is using old DVRs which are not even available to be searched at dahua website? Let's say like DHI-XVR7416L, DHI-XVR5116HE, DHI-XVR7116H? It's not possible to find firmware for such models somewhere except suspicious file storage sites. What can we do in such situation?

How can I update when no internet is connected to the NVR?
Is it also possible to go back to a previous version of a firmware.
After an update, the HDMI output on my old monitor no longer works. That's why I want to go back to the old firmware

I have a wireless Dahua cam - does the firmware upgrade reset to factory all my settings (especially the wifi connection)? (In this casa I will have to unfix it from the wall, connect a LAN cable and restart from the first installation, which is quite a pain in the arse). THANKS!

Hello, can you help me pls? :) I have camera system dahua xvr5104c-x1, i have problem with no disk and no function USB, system works, I try hard reset and firmware upgrade with dahua configure tools :( so nothing works. Thx for answer.

Google the model number, thats what i did and it came up with the firmware from the dahua site which wasnt coming up when i searched on their search site.

Really shitty firmware management by DAHUA: on the NVR, it reports that I have the latest firmware! On their site, it reports that there is newer firmware!!! Finally, to make things worse, no release notes, no upgrade instructions, no MD5 hash, so you know that the downloaded firmware is dowloaded correctly!!!
