My dvr model XVR5104HS(no I2 or X at the end). Previous firmware 3.210.0001 it have WiFi option but it's not work with MW150US WiFi receiver dongle. I find google new firmware 3.218.0000002.5 after upgraded there is no more WiFi option under network. Pls help sir, can send link for the previous or any latest firmware that can support WiFi dongle for my Dvr model? Thanks in advance
My dvr model is "XVR5108HS" (no -I2 or -X at the end). I am unable to find its firmware. can anyone please confirm if it supports wifi dongle or not???
Check for Wi-Fi option in network menu if its there then buy only RT5370 WiFi USB Adapter then it will works.

Please use only those WiFi usb adapters which must have RT5370 chipset in it.

U need to connect compatible WiFi USB adapter to dvr first then u can see wifi signals.
will, 5104hs-i2/i3 support 5mp camera, and also will the recording quality be 5mp or 2mp?
Yes it does support 5MP recording will be in native 5mp. These models are good for 2MP recordings.

Worked for me with any wifi adapter. My xvr5104hs-i3 manufacturer date is 09 2021. However,
Zone select in motion detect not working with smart PSS (no display in zone select window) . This feature works fine with official firmware but no wifi with adapter.Thanks

Yes u can, download wifi firmware and update it accordingly, new version of dvr can be updated only thought browsers.

Remember do not update with USB method... You need to update from XVR browser otherwise, it will be dead

Its not update issue, it doesn't support IP cam plus SMD at same time.
