I have this power bank that came yesterday in my mail.. I'm surprise that even with the most expensive 3.0 type C cable to usb is normal charging my Samsung phone to the power bank. You would think it should charge super fast? I have a 3.0 usb connection on the power bank.. Why wouldn't it be fast ? it would take hours and hours to charge a phone regardless... i thought a power bank would charge things fast with the correct cables..... The only would work faster might only just be the type C to C cable... but that sucks because that means the rest of the USB connections on that power bank would some how be useless because its slow to charge anything... specially the newer Samsung note 20 ultra.. I'm surprised.. They might as well had added more TYPE C ports on the actual Power bank since the rest of the USB on the power bank is slow charging regardless you plug it into a 2.0 or 3.0 usb... Please correct me. But yeah. This is what i dont understand from a advance power bank. if its not going to charger super fast on any of the USB connections regardless it is a 2.0 or a 3.0 then why bother a power bank. The only super fast charge to anything is just plug the phone to the wall socket at home and that's all it does super charging. Because plugging the Samsung phone to the power bank as type c to usb hen it will charge slow like normal..... doesnt matter if its 2.0 or 3.0 that's why i wonder why have 2.0 and 3.0 usb on a power bank if its not going to act as (super charge) unless power banks are lying to us about how fast things goes.
You need to do Usb C to Usb C the other two ports are IQ which will charge up to 2.1 amps, but samsung prefers the PD off the usb c port. I have an older generation Anker Battery that has Qualcomm Quick charge 3.0 with a normal square usb to usb c and it does fast charging just fine.
