    Only thing I would do different is tie a flouro leader flipping wood because braid and soggy wood don’t mix well, braid tends to cut into the wood. Line will get stuck often. Really enjoy your channel man.

    I've watched a million fishing videos on TH-cam and this is the first one that I've ever seen where the host just says, "well, folks, they just weren't biting today." Kudos to you and keep up the good work.

    My Dad taught me to cast left handed. Said it wasted time switching hands. :)

    I know its to hard for most of you guys to switch to left hand ret but thats why i just kept to left hand i jist feel more productive with the left i dont have to switch hands and all that

    • @greghammett7894
      @greghammett7894 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Agree, all my reels are left hand retrieve. I don't understand why anyone would want to switch hands after casting. So many hits come as soon as the lure hits the water

    • @5.7.0bassin2
      @5.7.0bassin2 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Specially when they say i cant do it but yet you look at their spinning setup and its left hand

    • @brayloneggerding4560
      @brayloneggerding4560 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I switch my hand while the bait is in the air makes zero difference

    • @greghammett7894
      @greghammett7894 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@brayloneggerding4560 I understand it's not difficult, but it's wasted motion. If you cast several hundred times while fishing in a day, that's several hundred times you have to switch hands. I'm glad it works for you, just trying to give my perspective on why I use left hand retrieve

    • @brayloneggerding4560

    Do you use certain weights for certain areas? Meaning like a 3/4oz weight or a 1oz in another?
    I'm also ready for a when to use a swim jig or when to use a bladed bait video. Lol

    • @TylersReelFishing
      @TylersReelFishing  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      All depends on how fast you want it to fall through the cover, and how deep it is. Deeeep trees, yeah 3/4 or 1oz. Shallow bushes, I like a 1/2oz or 5/8oz

      @TylersReelFishing  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Tyler, how long did it take you to learn to re flip with your left hand? Honesty, it makes more sense to me to flip left handed since I am right hand dominate. That may be something that I look into learning to do.

    Great vid man! Gotta question. When going from the chesty shots to your dash I guess you could call it where it shows you on the front deck fishing... how are you able to get your audio so good. Is this the audio from your chesty or the actual camera that’s filming the deck?
