scrunching up the shorts just makes the joint more thick in that area, not really freeing up any more range. You could just stretch the pants out by posing her whatever way you want, its more of a problem that im on the safe side, wanting to preserve and take care of these figures, so i don't want to leave her in a pose long time, that would stretch out the clothing. If they offered reissues, id consider picking up an extra pair, but it doesn't seem like were getting any, and id rather be safe with what i got.

Pretty sure all the Tunshi Metal Slug figures are using XX as their reference despite being branded with the 3rd game (Ralph and Clark get the XX branding since they aren't in MS3). But the XX art style is sort of a blend of MS3 and the more anime look of recent games. Also, the body sculpts aren't identical as Fio has a bigger bust than Eri, just like in the art from XX.
That's pretty cool that they hid some articulations like that.

I was just going to say, even in the comparison shot, Fio looks more endowed but everything is pretty much the same.
