We saw these guys last night and talked to Charity & Josiah afterward. I mentioned the Doe Bay Sessions & that these 2 songs were my husband's and my favorites. She exclaimed "How do you know about that!?" I love how they don't even seem to realize how popular they are. She was all friendly-but-slightly-shy smiles and gratitude. Then she hugged me after we spoke. She hugged me, not the other way around. I knew they were great musicians, but now I'm impressed with them as human beings as well.
I cannot possibly love this group more. HUGE THANK YOU to my co-worker for telling me about them. Absolutely beautiful harmonies that speak to my soul.

You're obviously under the age of 50, so I don't expect your generation to appreciate PP&M's music. It was not just the music, it was the time, it was my life, it was my Mom singing their songs, it was everything. Their harmonies were amazing, nothing like that today.

Really neat to see these videos from Doe Bay - I love kayaking through that area.
