Hi Annie! Just wanted to say I have been doing this for a month and I am still continuing to do so and that I have seen results, my forward head posture has completely gone!! You are exactly right, it is all about core strength. Your routine is a staple in my morning workout! I just want to thank you so much for this!
This is so so so good!! All of the tight, over strengthened muscle are stretched. At the same time all of the weak and loosened muscles are addressed as well.
Im not sure how, but I woke up this morning with my abs and upper back feeling so sore after doing this workout yesterday! It feels great because i wasn't able to target these muscles with other videos! Really hoping this will help the years of pain ive had in my neck/upper back area.Thank you!
