You can do it! slowly progress it may take some time but it will get better! i love Jeremy's videos! he is also Half Filipino so it makes me so relatable to our heritage.

I liked the moves in this but found it too challenging - too many reps, too fast, too uneven. (And I'm a yoga teacher, so not a beginner to stretching these areas.)

You have a lot of tightness . Slowly open your hips , stretch your calf muscles , tibialis anterior and hamstrings
