    I can't do the pigeon pose or rectus femoris stretch as well as you can.. Thanks for including Jeremy's suggestions I'm going to try those.

      You can do it! slowly progress it may take some time but it will get better! i love Jeremy's videos! he is also Half Filipino so it makes me so relatable to our heritage.

    I bet my abs would burn and help me lose weight doing this exercise. Very physical one to make you sweat for sure. I love that shirt Annie I’m a Tommy Hilfiger fan

      Maheshwari boppani hello do this daily and noticeable improvement in 10 days .     I dont feel same muscles in legs in one leg I feel glute in other I feel hamstrings...I have c shape levoscoliosis

    I can’t squat I’m skinny when I can’t push my knee forward to toes I don’t know what is my problem !?

      You have a lot of tightness . Slowly open your hips , stretch your calf muscles , tibialis anterior and hamstrings

    I liked the moves in this but found it too challenging - too many reps, too fast, too uneven. (And I'm a yoga teacher, so not a beginner to stretching these areas.)
