There are few TH-cam anglers who put out such consistently great content as you do. I don't think I've watched a single video you've made that didn't give me something new to consider or think about!
@@SteveRogersOutdoorsalthough probably not a high view video, but I would love to see more info about bass behavior in ponds vs lakes. Does a difference exist because of water body size, and what about lakes that don’t have crayfish or shad for prey, so only bluegills as forage?
Short, informative, no-fluff videos like this are what we need. Extending video time for views is a great way to destroy view counts... Amazing video as always Steve!!
Steve - your 5-6 minute videos are so full of valuable information, it's crazy. You've become my favorite go-to for continuing the crazy passion of chasing down bass. Thank you!
Rambling and talking about how you should fish insert here_________ type lure and then they don't even show you how to fish it just straight talk about it for a 20 minute long video lol. Really hate those type of videos they get insta skipped. This man Steve rogers goes straight to the point how i like it. Learned quite a bit from this channel.
This is such a great lesson Steve. I am guilty of fishing shallow targets because it is so satisfying to catch a bass off a piece of wood or a brush pile like you said. I have also had some bad days doing this and knew I should have fished deeper that day. The constant puzzle is what makes this sport so great. Can't wait for your Bass Behavior Bundle to come out. Have a blessed weekend Steve.
One of the very few who isn’t yelling acting a fool while trying to sell us a worthless lure. Consistent useful information that I really appreciate. Thanks.
God bless ya' young man. It's with a deep appreciated thank you. I truly admire your approach of concentrating on educated us on FISHING. Tight lines, God bless...peace.
Hey, Steve, pray u are well and safe. Thank u for your kind words, thoughts and prayers. I look for that zone from the bank always. I go deeper then go shallow
This was a great topic.. all these lessons are valuable to us on a slow learning curve lol... congrats on ur channel's continued growth u will be at 20 k soon, good for u steve...
Awesome stuff I’m in North Illinois and we are seeing some warmer weather for this time of year but I still haven’t seen much activity in the shallow area
I tried what you said today from the bank and hooked up with about 5lb Spotty on the Holston river with a hairjig. I always fished the timbers but went on down river from my norm and it was on for a few until it shook off

I'm #1!!! Great lesson, straight to the point and no RAMBLING.
Thanks! I go through the edits several times to try and get any rambling out of there. I appreciate you watching.

These points all reiterate what you presented in your advice to co-anglers fishing on the opposite side of the boat. 👍
