- Digital inking is a big part of my process so I wanted to cover it in detail in various programs. Part 1 of 4 is the most obvious (if not the best) program - Adobe Photoshop.

Hi, I was wondering if you could explain what canvas size and dpi you use? Every time I ink my drawings, the lines are super pixelated when I zoom in, but yours look very sharp and clear when you zoom in. Am I doing something wrong?
For reference, I usually have a canvas size of 3800x4000px with 800-1200dpi.
Hmm, that's quite strange... I usually work from a lower resolution than you do - usually A2 at 300 dpi. You could be using the pencil tool instead of the brush tool? The pencil and brush are under the same icon on your tool bar so it can be easy to mix em up. Otherwise I'm not sure why you'd be getting pixelation at that resolution. :O
