I had a 30 mile day last summer, but that was in two sessions, a few hours apart, in two states.
One in Boston, on my way home from an earlier skate in New Hampshire.
Yesterday was my first 30 mile session, and I was ready for more, but had to call it because of other plans.
There is nothing like getting into Boston early on a morning like yesterday, with empty streets, sidewalks, etc., and just skating, then seeing the city come alive.
For the amount of time I skated, I didn't record much, but I caught up with the SkateBoston S.A.P.S. crew in Allston, where Brian was doing a fine job of warming up on the pump track.
Skates were the Seba High Light Carbon Pros with Endless 90's.
    Follow up:
I went back today (5-14) for 16 more miles.
My time was once again limited, and I wanted to do more.
I myself cannot comprehend how I'm able to do this.

Nothing beats a long, peaceful rollerblading session.

I'd have to agree, especially this time of year.

@@Skating-Southern-New-England I did the full length of East Bay Bike Path 2x, as well as Blackstone bike path last week. It was perfect weather to be outside relaxing.

@@RISk8ers I've been meaning to do the East Bay Bike path.
I've only done it once, and that was 2 years ago. It was lot for me back then.
Should be a breeze NOW! LOL
I also want to get back to the Shining Sea Bikeway on the cape, as that's another I haven't done in a couple of years.

@@Skating-Southern-New-England East Bay was really nice. Its 14.5 miles total I believe. I did it end to end there and back 2 times last week. So 29 miles each day.
When I do the Blackstone bike path I normally go from Woonsocket to Slater Mill in Pawtucket. I believe its about 32 miles round trip.
36 miles is my record for outdoor skating so far... but I could easily do more. You seem to have the same outdoor vibe as me... its so relaxing for me anytime I go outside.
I love watching all the clips you post... gives me new ideas for other places to try.

      @@RISk8ers Wow!
We may have the same skating vibe, but I am not able to skate as much as THAT!
      That is AWESOME!!
I'm actually not much of a path skater anymore.
I only like them when I'm in the mood for that kind of thing, which is nice after a LOT of street and/or rink/freestyle skating.
But I'd like to get to the cape before the end of the month.
East Bay I'll do sometime over the summer.
Thanks for the kind words on the videos.
It's an enjoyable hobby for me.

The downtown road and the coastal road are quiet, the surrounding background and the track are good, and it's perfect for practicing.

I’m learning how to skate and it’s been kinda hard finding places to skate in Boston since the terrain in the city is so uneven. So far I’ve stuck to the Smith Playground in Allston. Do you have any recommendations?

For the first year and a half after getting back into skating, I spent an enormous amount of time at Castle Island in South Boston.
Sullivan's parking lot is very smooth for rink style skating/training, and the loop around Pleasure Bay is also a sweet way to train when new.
It was my favorite training spot, and I still love skating that area.
