Hi Do you have a new video showing the now presets for Xplane, i'm trying to install a servo and setup the flaps detents but having a nightmare getting it done
Hi Mike! The X-Plane presets are a bit different (If you want to follow the tutorial use FSUIPC offsets) Search for flaps and use "Flaps up a notch" and "Down a notch" for switch Use Fla1 def if you want to write to it instead.
Currently they are not supported, but I believe input shifters are (or at least coming soon). I think they might be working on Multiplexers. Have a great day Ben-Ad!
How do you pull the custom data refs from a particular aircraft in xplane so that I can program the switches please. I would like to use the Zibo model and program the MCP I have built for the 737. I don’t see a link in your description dropdown list.Thank you
hello captain i wanted to configue some switches for flightfactor a350 i can't find any event ids or offsets for switches and led lights or servos please help. i want to make the a350 autopilot panel.
Since MF doesn't yet have direct XPUIPC linkage, You'll have to code your own custom datarefs. There are some links to resources in the description, although there is a fairly steep learning curve.
@bldsprt518 and @Merlix_2003 xp11 doesn't have as many FSUIPC offsets built into it, but can still map encoders and switches the same way that would be done in MSFS. You can however use custom dataref offsets, I left some links in the description on how to do that.
Hi Bob I'm starting a project with Mobiflight, but I'm having some problems, the Switch on the X-Plane Plane doesn't turn on.. I used the settings you passed in your video, but without success could you tell me why? Grateful
I cannot tell you why, because there are so many places to get wrong, but when you press run do you see a green checkmark? Have you double checked your wiring and ensured the active checkmark is checked?
MobiFlight is currently only really arduino based, so very little of this would apply You can however use mobiflight to configure actions to your joystick Plug your joystick in and the software pretends it's an arduino
@@CaptainBobSim That the reason for my question: I do have VMax Yoke, Thrustmaster Side Stick with the Throttle, Desktop Aviator Throttle Quadrante and Ignition Set up, Saitek Ruder Pedals and Throttles and also a A320 Throttle Quadrant with a auto trim wheels.^ Where can I find info on how to get all of the above working? Hey Trevor, Great video I tried following this tutorial but I am experiencing an issue, I put the xpuipc in the plugin folder but mobiflight does recognize x plane but still shows sim connect and fsuipc with an exclamation mark. Please help me Thank You in advance
Hello Tamil Aviation! Did you happen to put the subfolder into the X-Plane folder? I show this in more detail here: th-cam.com/video/DH1V4ZeqhZc/w-d-xo.html Note, X-Plane must be running for it to be recognized. You may need to restart X-Plane after changes to the plugins folder.
Zibo (and other addons) often have custom Datarefs. XPUIPC converts the default datarefs into FSUIPC offsets that mobiflight reads. Luckily you can write custom datarefs into XPUIPC: www.mobiflight.com/forum/topic/5648.html This forum topic wrote a lot of the custom offsets, and all you'd have to do would be paste them into your XPUIPCOffsets.cfg file You might also consider trying SimVim/HCSCI
Hi my captain;) Did you try the servo? I manage perfectly to make the gauge of the APU work on the pmdg , only problem, its turns counterclockwise :( ... I tested its an inverter: www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B08JLTD6BS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 but its not working ... do you have an idea?
Aha! You need a comparison setting: th-cam.com/video/exEFExtaQQk/w-d-xo.html You can adjust this in the software. Let me know if you have any more questions!
NOW I CAN HAVE ALL THE SEAT BELT SIGN SWITCHES I WANT!

Hello Captain .. can you make a short vid on how to use Multiplexer with MobiFlight & FS2020 ???
Currently they are not supported, but I believe input shifters are (or at least coming soon).
I think they might be working on Multiplexers.

@@CaptainBobSim hopefully...it will be a great feature, which will expend options

Awesome way explained 😊👍👍👍 can we assign 7-SEGEMENTS in to it ? Thanks
Thank you BrianSh!!

hi im building a overhead panel for a319,320,321 toliss. do you have a latest video how to operate with the mobiflight on xplane11?
Hello! I don't have a new video as of now, but you can do it directly now instead of using XPUIPC by using datarefs

Hi, mobiflight 9.5 has native x-plane support, do i still need xpuipc? start now to configure switches for my B58 Baron sim
Nope! All good to go!
Nice job kid 👍
confused about the use for mobiflight, doesnt xp11 have full ingame support for mapping encoders and switches?

Hi. I have a simple question. I know how to read variables in MSFS (development mode). But how do I read out the variables for the ZIBO Mod?
MobiFlight doesn't directly support datarefs/events, but you can use a tool like the DataRefTool for this: github.com/leecbaker/datareftool

Hello can u do a video how to connect a potentiometer with Mobi-Flight i cant find a solution :D cheers mate
You can't find one because there isn't :(
You can connect potentiometers to joystick cards, or arduino leonardos flashed with a joystick sketch.
