I found this on Amazon. They called it a tailgate lock cylinder connector. It's made by Auveco but write it out like AU-VE-CO and the part # is 23117 Another thing I'll add is that I'm certain that GM switched from motors that were grounded from the motor chassis, like in this video, to motors that were not. I'm adding relays and push button switches and plan to make a video explaining it but basically on the 80s and newer k5s, the resting state of both are ground until the switch makes one positive. That's why a 4 pin SPST relay can be used on these but a 5 pin SPDT relay is needed for the later Blazer's. The 4 pin variety rests as an open circuit, while the 5 pin rests as a ground.
