Hello john i have a question my brother has a misalignment of his ribcage, brought on by laying only on one side when sleeping and resting while he was a teenager and i guess it grew to become more protruded on one side. Is this something that a chiropractor could work with him with and correct over time with the right types of manipulation? He is experiencing pain which i believe is also related although he still needs to see what the doctor test show. A short answer would be great information. Kind regards,
It is the movement of the arm thats the important bit as you perfume the motion as the muscles are still involved, and I am sure I know the action of these muscles as been lecturing for many years and written 8 medical books - regards JG
Not a professional but I used the arm movement shoulder trick to help my sister with some pain and it worked wonders!
You are definitely helping me up my technique in my massage. Your insight and videos have made me a better bodyworker. Thank you.
You are so welcome! Regards jG

Does the neck need to be rotated like this to be effective. ?
You dont need any rotation of the cervical as motion is typically from the arm, regards JG
bravo great techniques
Thanks for the message, regards JG
why you asked the patient to abduct his arm when you worked on Rhomboids and infraspinatus? both these muscles don't abduct the arm.
It is the movement of the arm thats the important bit as you perfume the motion as the muscles are still involved, and I am sure I know the action of these muscles as been lecturing for many years and written 8 medical books - regards JG
So beautiful but attached Link of evidence based research about that in discreption
