Thanks! Was wondering. An idea u could make like a master sheet with each town having all the info. But having the master list available on each video u post? Kinds of like Will’s master sheet. And then have it the total compilation available on every channel. Or sell it??

First of all I want to say thank you for sending the super thanks. You're the first one to ever send anything. I really appreciate it. Second of all I think that's a great idea. I keep a daily budget here ever since last year, I think what I should do is compile a list of hotels, restaurants, cities, trains, attractions and information that's worth it. I think that's a great idea I'm going to put a list together and I need to figure out how I can get that out to all the viewers. This is my first month being monetized so I'm just learning all the steps and trying to compile all the information together for you guys. Once again I really appreciate it very much. The next video should be out in the next day or so hopefully you'll check it out. 👍👍👍

@@Peonia-Melbourne You know I've actually asked a few landlords and the price really doesn't come down that much maybe one or two million VND cheaper ($40 to $80 ) If you sign a 6-month to a 12-month lease. So it might be better to just do a three or six month lease with the ability to get out of the lease if you want to move or find a better place. Especially if you're not going to get that much of a better deal for signing a one-year lease.
But you can easily find studios for somewhere around 3 to 4 million at the lowest end range. And one bedrooms for probably around 5 million vnd, in this beach area. The more amenities the closer to the beach the more money you're going to pay.

@@Bikepacking yep it's the same thing in da nang. Except there's actually some tourist out on the beach in the afternoon whereas in quy nhon there wasn't anybody at all on the beach. But quy nhon is a much less traveled place than da nang.

Not sure if you realize it or not, but you sounded verbally abusive to your Asian girlfriend. It's not cool.

We always give each other both a hard time. It's not to be taken serious. I think you took it the wrong way. Especially since you don't get to see all the stuff that I edit out of the video. We always joke around it's not meant to be taken serious. 👍
