That textured rug was a bit nightmare for both vacuums but the 875 once adjusted right worked great . The old beater technology is still good on carpets today.
That's why I cleaned it up as shown, made sure it wasn't clogged and then did the comparisons. Plus, if a Dyson struggles against a vacuum from nearly 80 years ago...
@@trainsofbritain3954 Well true, but if Dyson are to be believed no dust will escape through the cyclone... Tbh loads of dust came out the hoovers bag, I forgot to hepaflo it beforehand!

Vacuum mad 8 it was, but it seemed the easiest thing to film. Went over it with the crevice tool in the end!
Let's do this i like the way you say it
Unfair on the Dc75 it's probably got no suction from being abused.

I meant the exhaust filter being clogged as dust goes through the cyclone so it wouldn’t have full suction
And yes your right and i doubt the Dyson will still work in 80 years

Oops but yeah the Dyson cyclones do let dirt through clogging the exhaust filter which is hidden on each side of the ball
switch off the head of the Dyson before, when use in that dirt ,, the switch on the head after the junks are gone for proper clean
why does that hoover look green?
Crap lighting probably! It's grey. And rust with the odd bit of black!
My money was on the 875 from the beginning....hoover......hoo better
Be better with a dc 07
