Anyone else experiencing issues today all of a sudden? Live view error code 260025. Tried over an hour it to work but nothing - have reset all devices, reconnected successfully, checked internet speed. Device version is V5.3.2 build 230616 no new version available. Anyone able to help? Would appreciate it
And how to resolve this issue on my HP7 when, instead of the Live View, the Ezviz app fails to load but, at the same time, the Ezviz Studio shows a random record instead of the Live View probably from the SD card that is not even available among the Event Views? Only restarting my HP7 helped to get the real Live View on both my smartphone and my PC again. However, that helped for just one day... Did you broke something on your servers during the last time? Or maybe my HP7 is faulty?
When I am playing the clips, they are starting from the middle of the clip, thus missing most of the things. Meaning say the clip is of 60 seconds, but when I play, it jumps to around 30 second point and start from there. Please help

Solved it by changing the cryptography password... Give it a try

I have 11 cameras set up and for 6 years no problem, but now 4 cameras aren’t showing videos. Any way to fix it?
