Hi, check the live view date and time which is correct, make sure you have toggled to cloud to local storage to view recorded video 0:21. also check the storage staus and record list for 24/7 recording confguration.
Do a refresh. They usually appear as well when you exit the app and open the app up again.

How can I delete a video from what was recorded?
That’s the million dollar question. I managed to delete them once then couldn’t get back to the menu to delete them again.
There is time gap in the recorded videos .. i mean the camera doesn't recprd continously
It’s a flaw with traditional SD cards. If you purchase one specifically made for CCTV it apparently doesn’t do that.
How to download videos? I need to download three hours of continuous video.
There’s a download option there. It depends on which model camera you have but, it’s in the SD card part of the menu on my camera.
