I have sent numerous emails to solve this issue. The camera doesn't broadcast its own Access Point to continue the set up process. I am willing to understand if there is a bypass to this or if there is a way to connect it to the PC and upgrade/downgrade the firmware.
I have recently brought a house with 2x Ezviz camera however I am unable to add both devices. The previous don't remember the login details. How can I remove the previous owner and add these devices on my profile
Problem solved: Reset the camera, unplug it and plug it back in again and place it directly on top of the modem. I tried what the video showed a dozen times and it wouldn't work. When I did this, it worked the first time.

ezviz application cannot connected to other brands maufactored devices so your vedio is not useful to me ...because i'm not ezviz device user..

what? you meant putting the camera on top of the modem?
I did for many many times with what the video told and tested the wifi is good.
