Ellie forgetting she knows Vedal and that Vedal will work to make her life miserable in exchange for the robot dog. I mean he did already drag Bao into her chat once before.
@@TheMaplestSyrup She does and Vedal is paying for it from what I understand. That doesn't mean Vedal won't "thank her" by introducing her to the vtubers he knows like Bao. I mean Cerber and Camilla were talking recently and Ellie just did a duet with Cerber. Vedal is a matchmaker whether Ellie likes it or not.
Ellie thinking she won't go anywhere while being directly connected to probably the biggest indie vtuber group is insane, Vedal alone could boost her enough to get other vtubers to recognize her and collab with her.
I definitely agree with Bo. If Ellie keeps doing what she's doing, she's going to keep getting bigger for sure. With Shinsta312 she even has her own clipper together with Cerber. Then there are the clips from Staz. I see 2-3 clips of her pretty much after every stream.

I don't think describing vtubers as a "children's show" was the best move, lmao. And it is always cute to see how the once small, new vtubers are now the ones that are looked up to (like Numi and Sinder, Bao has been around longer)
I just did a quick research, right now all of Ellies music has almost 700k streams on YT and Spoti. For a creator of this size it is mental, and she deserves it. I hope one day she will be able to show her songs to her musical friends without fear or anxiety. Her voice is great honestly
She's one of the bigger indies, but not exactly one you should show to your normie friends to start 'em out lol. "So...she turned herself into a blueberry?" "Nonono, BAOberry!"
the most recognized one is Gura, i would also say Pekora but most of her fans are in Japan, VR chat it be Filian, but even then you might have to specify it to the screaming one who does backflips with a skirt, if someone is curious if there is an AI streamer then Neuro will be the first to pop up. but yeah, they have to be into streaming to even get a chance to fall into the vtuber rabbit hole.

A children's show is the last way i would describe any vtuber.. even the more wholsome ones like fuwamoco or biboo's... specifically for bao, numi and Camilla, i would say they are adult anime roleplayers
idk much about engineering types but confidence issues are also very much a vtuber thing for some reason. Even the big ones. As someone who took engineering but never finished it, IMO, at least part of it is that as an engineer you are KEENLY aware of how smart everyone else around you is. Even if you’re doing like 2 hours of rocket equations every night (yes, i had to do that for a while, it sucked), and you know that objectively, you are more engineering inclined than 90% of the people on planet earth, the other 10% is going to be sitting two seats from you, is doing 3 hours of rocket equations in half the time you are, and they are fucking *enjoying* it. It’s a discipline where you are *constantly* being reminded (unintentionally) of how little you know, even if you know a lot. That and in technical fields, your specialization tends to be way more niche than people expect. You might be an electrical engineer, but you can’t build a computer from scratch, or even understand most of what goes into a computer, since it’s just not ur area of expertise. So you feel like you are less competent than you are, just because people will assume you know things that just aren’t part of your remit. And again, in whatever field you’re less competent in, you are very likely to know someone who *is* hyper competent at that niche. For an example, Ellie claims she’s not actually good at API and coding,..despite the fact that she codes robots for fun. She knows people where those are their niches, and she’s comparing herself to them (IE Vedal), rather than taking a step back and realizing her “not good” is the layman’s “magician who makes the magic box work”.
Most Vtuber communities do realize the even among anime/manga fans, which is strongly tied to Vtubing, anime fans don’t knot know. Anime/manga community is still a niche in the real world. Vtubing is a small niche within that community
I really hope this doesn't start any flame wars by brining it up, but I really respect Ellie saying no thanks for a Silvervale collab. I got nothing against Silvervale viewers but she rubs me the wrong way for a lot of reasons. Glad Ellie would rather surround herself with friends than questionable but more popular people. Keep it chill, Ellie. 💜

Doesn’t she want to work on the robot tho?

Ellie getting bigger? Please nobody tell Bao's artists
bo is underrated stream partner too. he's entertaining and brings best out of ellie
Yes, we are all children and very entertained. No lies here :P
Good on Ellie for getting her friends' kids introduced to Vtubers, and Bao in particular
At this rate we're going to get a wholesome Rekson roast of Ellie! 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣

Cant wait for baos reaction to this.

This is an interesting story that I would like to hear, if I were Bao. Im not her, but she'll want to know. This is pretty cute nonetheless
Things have been going good for the Dawg since the Vedal raid so I don't see why the same can't happen to Ellie.

That's wild that there's still some ~3 billion people out there not caught in the web, though it is certainly not by choice.
