Tea Time with Alex: Allow and Let Be

We tend to believe that people need to meet us where we are. But what if this is a misconception?
While this sentiment stems from a desire for connection and understanding, it's important to remember that we are all on a life journey with unique experiences, challenges, and starting points.
We often become frustrated when others don't seem to be "getting it" or aligning with our ideas and perspectives.
We might feel like we're not being heard or respected. However, the truth is, everyone is somewhere, and it’s OK to be wherever we are.
So here’s my invitation: Allow and let be.
Drop the expectation and judgement of others.
Enjoy and appreciate people for what they bring, which is likely a whole lot.
And you carry on doing and being glorious you.
