Thank you!! Zero Latitude did a great job on the vision and we got it to the finish line the best it could be. I think it is super functional and beautiful at the same time.
Congratulations on your home making the list for the Orlando’s Parade of Homes🎉 Beautiful home! Thanks for sharing your home, Justin! Side note… We like the kitchen sink double water faucet.
Visited this beauty during the Parade of Homes and absolutely loved it. It has so many cool features and it was thoughtfully designed. We asked the builder about the gorgeous wallpaper in the pool bath and he told us to go upstairs and talk to the owner who could share more details...I was pleasantly surprised to see it was one of my favorite Real Estate Moguls 😃 That was our first time meeting Justin and he treated us like family, very warm and open. We're building a custom home and Justin shared a lot of useful tips. Thanks for being a stand-up guy and welcoming us into your beautiful home.
Thanks Joe, we tried to stick to the Designer's vision even though it meant a lot of change orders and upgrades. Should be a nice family home for a long time
Absolutely LOVE your house! Not only that, but as usual, your channel stands apart from other home channels with how much detail you share. No gatekeeping-- the BEST! Now that I said that... Where did you source your hexagonal lights from in the garage? LOL The garage cabinetry too... We have similar tastes!
Thanks so much, it means a lot- we put a lot of work into this season's entry videos and our house build was exhausting but so glad we could be inspired from all the previous builders i've seen and incorporate some of those features... the hex lights are from EVLBEE.com chris fuller he's a lake nona guy great work, and the cabinets in there were Closet Factory- You could also try a closet maker or Container store. When you have 4 kids, you gotta stay organized in a 2 car garage!
Good idea! I would definitely have some insight there. Short answer is, they are both great areas just different, and depends on your budget and lifestyle needs what to expect. I will say I love living in a more established area with mature trees.
I had a 3 car garage in the last house but it had 3 seperate doors and we never pulled in the garage. I made it into a golf simulator with a net and hit balls in there while I took phone calls. Strollers and christmas trees everywhere... This time around we leveraged the larger driveway (after C.O.) and plan on just parking one car in the middle most of the time, unless a hurricane comes, we could squeeze 2 in even with the cabinets. As a car guy, I always love selling homes with large garages, detached, lifts, etc... I would love to find something that can fit a full on detached workspace with lift, AC'd, bathroom, talk about a man cave!
What was the cost of this build? I really dig the house design and looks very homey. I want to get an Idea of how much this build would be if I was to design something similar in my area.
We found it as a $1.9M spec home then after meeting with the designer, decided to go for their original “wow” design which pumped it up to $2,141,000… plus some other appliances were bought outside that price. The lot alone is probably worth $900k. So let’s call it $2.5M winter park price for now ($650/ft) where are you thinking of building?
Hey! appreciate your interest. But no, it is not for sale, currently. We love the area and schools and plan to raise our boys here. thanks for watching!
@@OrlandoPropertyAdvisor Thank you for your response! Looking forward to more exciting content from you in the future! Have also personally sent you an email I have a feeling we'll be in touch! Best of luck to you and the family!
I get it- some prefer a gas stove. We had one in the last house. But induction is not the same thing as a typical electric stove. My electric Porsche is not the same thing as a Panamera. You’d have to try it to see if you like it.
Such a smartly designed home. Incredibly lux yet looks more affordable than a McMansion. Your home is beautiful Justin.

Thank you for opening your doors during the Parade of Homes! Great house !
Thanks for coming out!
Love the kitchen. Glad you are back with another video
Thanks for watching! More to come this season
Your Last house in Nona was Gorgeous, but this house is NEXT LEVEL!! All I can say is WOW. You truly have an eye for design.
Thanks man, it’s an evolution, and I was influenced by many of the homes I filmed. Glad we could incorporate some of those features in this build
Congratulations Justin! Beautiful home and thanks for showing it.. you deserve it
Thanks Sanjay, we love how it all turned out. Was a bit stressful at times!
Congratulations on your home making the list for the Orlando’s Parade of Homes🎉
Beautiful home! Thanks for sharing your home, Justin!
Side note… We like the kitchen sink double water faucet.
Open this weekend Saturday 12-3, I’ll make you a sparkling water with lemon 🍋
@@OrlandoPropertyAdvisorWe missed it 😢
We did not realize the homes have an Open House date. Now we know😂

Hey! Great to meet you guys and cant wait to see your build develop. Thanks for your support :)
You have done a good job, much better than new builds I've seen previously

Congrats beautiful home, hopefully the parade of homes is long this year.
Thanks! We have some great videos of some amazing entries this season. Filming a $6M sub-terrainean garage home this week!
@OrlandoPropertyAdvisor as a car guy, that sounds amazing, lol

Beautiful home Justin . Great choices. We miss you over here in Phase IV LP :)
Thanks 🙏 I’m still in LP 3-4 times per week, just sold one over on Modiano! We are enjoying all the shade trees 🌳
Love the house! What couch is that in the loft?
LoveSac! It’s modular so you can do lots of shapes
You should make a video on the pros and cons of why you sold your Lake Nona Home to move to Winter Park.

Your house is amazing... it only falls short in the garage. I need space for 3 cars and 2 motorbikes. The interior design is dope, though.

This is beautiful, mind sharing what tile did you use on that fireplace/ tv area?
Sure, it's a large-format "Limestone" look porcelain tile
@@OrlandoPropertyAdvisor thanks, know where you got it from?
Britannia tile in Winter Park

Electric stove ruins the house. Cant be a gourmet kitchen with an electric stove.
