It just depends whether they give him a car that’s actually decent or not. Ever since he won at Chicago last year, every single time he raced in cup his car has had all sorts of mechanical problems. If they give him a decent car this year, he will be more comfortable with sitting on the wrong side of the car, shifting with the wrong hand, using those tyres and that horsepower, so he might even be better this year. It all depends on what kind of car they give him because at the moment he’s been having to overdrive the cars he’s been given because they’ve been so bad.

SVG will have his "Racing Brain Calculator" on without question, and will be at his best. His success will be determined by the team giving him a very competitive well setup and reliable car, good strategy and clean and fast pitstops!!
Larson and Lagano are super cool nice guys. Hard not to be a fan. SVG will always be No 1 for me, (coz hes a kiwi) but definitely a fan of Larson and Lagano 👍
Last year he came in at the end of a supercars season . This time he's going in after racing mainly ovals all season. He'll be good for sure but all these drivers have just as good a chance. Anything can happen in a road race. These guys will love it.
Ño they do not have as good a chance . Racing street courses was SVG's life for abóut 15 yrs. These guys seriously thínk getting a practice session in will make them his equal 😂. Nope, you need 1000 practice sessions dudes and you still won't have the skillset
The Kaulig cars can't compete with the unity of the Turds that builds speed. But the 11, 20, 45, 19 & the 23 all took themselves out as did 2/3 of the field. That is where SVG will beat them if the track is slick at all it wil be a advantage.. Weather prediction say its going to be clear until late afternoon.
@@TheEndo1000codthe Kaulig cars are bad this year, but having said that the last 2 cup races in track house cars they have been terrible and fallen apart on him as well. He hasn’t had a decent car since he won at Chicago last year. They’ve all had mechanical problems of some sort since.
Someone said there's nothing wrong with Kaulig cars. Obviously they weren't watching the race SVG and The Dinger both had electrical and mechanical problems. I'm worried Shane won't even finish this race.
