Yeah, that's basically the gist of how you score attack a fighting game. Perfect the rounds you need to win and get as many draws as you can get away with. If there's no "complete" bonus you can even milk off regular hits and take a round loss as well.
The same applies with Chun Li with one difference - you can move while doing Honda's hundred hand slap while you couldn't move when doing Chun Li's lightning kick.
@@figment1988 This version of E. Honda actually couldn't move when he's doing the hundred hand slap. It wasn't until Street Fighter 2 Turbo where they gave him the ability to move slowly forward or backwards.
