ktm's deal with Pedroza was/is more valuable (for KTM) than anyone could ever imagine - This guy has improved the image of KTM substantially not to mention the actual "core" results he delivered for the performance of the bike on the track.
Usually riders "disappear" once they don't race any more, with Danny i get the feeling its the other way around 👏👍

All during his racing career, I'm sad to say I didn't pay too much attention to Dani, but good grief what a great seeming bloke to interact with. Very smart, articulate and all 'round nice guy. Fascinating. A lot of the other racers, despite being super skilled, I'm always left with a huge meh when it comes to their personalities, lol.

    Amazing to hear Dani Pedrosa!!!
And teaches how and what to expect while riding and understanding the bikes capabilities. Your mind and body needs to adapt before and then you come back to test more to see where your at with the motorcycle.

Never knew they also used the front start device under braking. Wild that it helps with stability but makes sense getting the extra travel under braking and allowing the suspension to still be soft through the stroke.

as a testiment to dani, he came from a time where ride height devices, aerodynamics and even electronic rider aids where either fresh developments or didn't even exist yet... then when he raced as a wildcard this season he came 6th on one of these bikes... truely one of the aliens and arguably up there with the all time greats of the sport
