I think I would change out the microwave over the stove and put a hood in and put the microwave in a cabinet counter high. Love the shower in the master tile to the ceiling and the room sizes are fantastic
I recognize this home and remember one that had a corner fireplace in the living and I remember the Master bedroom being different where the bed was in the other was where the Big windows are in this, still had a shelf but a trandsom window above and a side window on each side. This home is more attractive to me because of the beautiful warm toned pine wood cabinets. The kitchen is gorgeous and has a good amount of cabinets both upper and lower and drawers. I'm single but like this home with its layout and Den tucked in the back. This has enough bedrooms for all my siblings if they all came to visit at one time or more neice and her family.
Wow I thought the Master bath was an additional room. Love the closet, large rooms and the cabinet color and the floor color in the kitchen. Pretty foyer and den.
I love this home. I would get rid of all of the carpet. Change the place of the utility room. Master bath needs a free-standing bathtub. And do away with that ledge above the bed in the master bedroom. The closet in the master bedroom could use an island. Thank you so much for sharing this home, Nate.
The only thing I would absolutely change in the master bathroom is Not have those vessel sinks, I'd just get porcelain sinks, maybe square. If a stand alone tub is available I'd go with that too.
Hey Nate, glad u r mom is good. I lived in gig harbor, WA moved back to KS since prices r crazy. Nice price for the square footage. No carpet! Lol. I like this house.
😊 Truly a big and beautiful home, Nate in every way!!❤ A well thought out floor plan and the wood tones are one of my favorite. The price would match all the bells, whistles and options. But actually it would be too big for me by this time in life, so thanks for the view.😊
Love the brick pillars at front porch. Nice foyer. Not crazy about built ins in livingroom Maybe if they were taller? Good size dining area. Nice kitchen. I would change cabinets. Pantry is nice. Good size bedroom and closet. Nice den. Love love love primary bedroom. I'd get at least one window out of closet. Why do they always put the tub in front of a window?? Nice shower. Beautiful home. Thank you for the tour
This is an amazing home. If this was available in my area, it would be a contender. I love that it has both a den and a family room, so I have a dedicated office. I hope your mom is doing better. Thanks for the house.
This is a beautiful home Nate. Bigger than I need but still if anyone is in the market for a large home for their family this would definitely fit the bill.
Hi Nate: I want a good exhaust over the stove and an operating window in the kitchen area where you have an open or semi-open floor plan. Put the microwave somewhere else. Cooking smells floating everywhere in this layout! Who would design a home this large with only 2 bathrooms? Lots of people waiting in line doing the pee pee dance! The utility room is nice and large. The master suite is awesome! Thanks for the tour!❤
I don't think I have loved any of the mobile homes as much as I love this one. I think it has something to do with some of the decor and definitely the wood. Is that Alder? I just love the light throughout as well. And the layout and master are just perfect! Of course, I can think of adding a 1/2 bath somehow, but I hate to even give any criticism, even if constructive. Great tour guide too!
i would turn one of the bedrooms into an office. and probably replace the flooring with LVP. Definitely would cut back on some options, but not a bad price for this HUGE of a home & with how loaded it was.
For the amount of sq footage this triple wide should have 3 baths. It's nice, but sorry I was not impressed. I'll keep watching and will give a thumbs up when I like the ones you show. Thanks for sharing.
My wife and I are planning to put a mod house on our farm in the next couple years. So awesome to see how great these things are now. Will probably use your videos as references when we decide to buy. Are you affiliated with anyone that if we do buy one you get some type of “credit”?
Nice home but I agree with someone else that there should be 3 Baths or at least 2.5 BA. Prefer a Hood Vent over stove. I don’t like the tub in Primary Bath. I would rather have the sinks over from wall more and just a vanity in middle. My Glamour Bath as you called it should have a shower with a bench & handheld wand. The closet is huge but no space for clothing to hang with those 2 windows. So an island or dresser would be needed in it for storage. And some built-in for shoes. But this is a beautiful home & huge but the so called upgrades are not really upgrades to me.
Just think about how much family can come stay with you tho! We want a big enough space because we have family from far away that would love a free place to stay when they visit.
There is so much to like about this home. I think the front porch is beautiful, but it's not deep enough to sit and lounge. I do like carpet in a home, but there are areas where it is really impractical. I would eliminate it in the dining area and add a slider or French doors. I would prefer a nice gas fireplace in the living room. I really don't like the electric ones. The kitchen is fine with enough storage. I can live with the sink in the island as long as there is enough space to eat or work. One of the things I particularly liked about the secondary bedrooms, other than the size, was the fact that there are adjoining walls that don't have obstacles for a bed to be placed in the corner. Yes, it is harder to make a bed placed in a corner and doesn't work well when more than one person is in the bed, but it also opens up more floor space for playing and other activities. I liked the utility room and wondered about the water heater as well. I think it would be better to switch places with the furnace instead of out in the hall where there is carpeting. I like the family room/den and could work with that. I think I would take the sink out and put a microwave on the counter. The closets were great. I could picture games and puzzles going in them along with a few light throw blankets for movie nights. I did have issues with the entire master suite. I love the size, but there really wasn't a place to put a TV to watch in bed. While the closet was huge, it also didn't have as much storage as I would prefer. I don't like windows in my closets because the sunlight tends to fade clothing. Transom windows are OK. In the case, the windows take up too much closet real estate. However, there is enough room for a center ottoman, and I do like that. I love having a big tub in the master that isn't a stand alone. What I do not like is vessel sinks. I've never liked them. I'm sort of torn on the shower. While I do like them to be separate from the tub, I also find myself wondering if the water really does stay exclusively in the shower and not outside on the floor. I also don't like such a high threshold. I prefer a level entrance. Actually, I prefer the Deer Valley showers that wrap around in a corner. That's it. My likes and dislikes of this home. Thank you, Nate, for showing some homes in my neck of the woods. I may just have to take a little drive over to Home Boys and have a few walk throughs. Incidentally, I really appreciated your post without the tours the other night. It was good to hear someone vocalizing their opinions on the matter.
Presidents don't control housing prices. I just recently had this conversation about my niece thinking presidents control gas prices. They have the authority over government institutions. Not private owners that's only in antidemocratic government's or should I say dictatorships.
Nice home - big and spacious with lots of storage. With all that was put into this home, why would they put the air vents in the floor?!?! Everything else is a modest change that I would make for myself.
The vents are in the floor because this home is built for the North, where it is cold, more than it is hot. Since heat rises it is more efficient at heating.
I can’t believe this huge house only has two bathrooms! That’s not good! 😢
I think I would change out the microwave over the stove and put a hood in and put the microwave in a cabinet counter high. Love the shower in the master tile to the ceiling and the room sizes are fantastic
Lovely home! Needs at least another 1/2 bath and hood over the stove.

This one is similar but a different model than the one with the corner fireplace. That one was the GSP642K, this one is the GSP682K
I love the outside! Looks very well made
Wow I thought the Master bath was an additional room. Love the closet, large rooms and the cabinet color and the floor color in the kitchen. Pretty foyer and den.
Thanks Nate for this tour of this updated home that has warm welcoming feeling especially with those warm toned kitchen cabinets etc.
This is awesome, love everything about this home

And do away with that ledge above the bed in the master bedroom. The closet in the master bedroom could use an island. Thank you so much for sharing this home, Nate.
Really beautiful.
Also, should have a half bath as well.
Change the fireplace to a traditional style fireplace with same stone on it to match the front pillars. Gas log or wood burning
Take out the vessel sinks, and make the master closet windows smaller, absolutely gorgeous
I like a regular range hood over the stove. It is a beautiful home. I like the larger bedrooms.
Love floor plan love all the living spaces love love all the storage
The only thing I would absolutely change in the master bathroom is Not have those vessel sinks, I'd just get porcelain sinks, maybe square. If a stand alone tub is available I'd go with that too.
Gorgeous kitchen
Amazing home! Fell in love with that master bedroom.
Very unique like it very much exceptional..
Who ever designed this home should teach a class on design to the others that do not know how.
Liked pretty much everything except the shower in the master bath. It needs a built-in bench pluse a hand held shower head and a rain shower head
Hey Nate, glad u r mom is good. I lived in gig harbor, WA moved back to KS since prices r crazy. Nice price for the square footage. No carpet! Lol. I like this house.

I think its got a sloped ceiling that's why
@@Biker65aaaaww ok thanks
I guess they think, while your in the tub you want to stare out the window.
Looks very high quality.
Beautiful home and now in my top 3 favorite!
I love this. I want the master bedroom in my house.
Another great home Nate. This one has lots of potential.

Really nice curb appeal with those stone columns and porch.
Would by this one. Has everything that I am looking for.
Wow, that is extremely nice and huge. If I still had my family commune, it would be sweet.😂
I’m loving this house. I would do away with the carpet.
Very nice home. I think I would stick with the structural upgrades plus not enough bathrooms to support 3 guest rooms and Visitors.
Love this one
I would love to put color and wallpaper on some of those walls! Wouldn’t that be fun?!
It's a dream home I love it please teaches everyone out there who dose this you really know what you are doing you have everything a house needs in it

How much is it?when I hit the link it's just saying page error
Nice
Simply Gorgeous! 266k too expensive
😍😍😍😍😍😍 My favorite! Best I’ve ever seen. I’m wondering if I could build a stick build with this layout for less than $270-300k?
That depends on your area and the what the price per sq ft is. Here in MT is about $390 a sq ft for a site built home.
2 linen closets in the hallway and two linen type in the family room................................................wow
For the amount of sq footage this triple wide should have 3 baths. It's nice, but sorry I was not impressed. I'll keep watching and will give a thumbs up when I like the ones you show. Thanks for sharing.
It needs a 3rd bathroom.
An extension on the left front would help it to look less boxie looking, less like a mobile home. Otherwise I like it.
My wife and I are planning to put a mod house on our farm in the next couple years. So awesome to see how great these things are now. Will probably use your videos as references when we decide to buy. Are you affiliated with anyone that if we do buy one you get some type of “credit”?
Not realy, but it does help with that dealer wanting me to come back if you say you saw it here
I don't like the kitchen in the middle of the home, I like a window. It could do with a patio door in the dining room or living room.

love it but to big for us empty nesters

Didn't see any outlets for the tv on the entertainment center.
There was 1 right in the middle
IWould rather see a stacked stone real fireplace in the living room like the nes at the front of the house lol
Do any of the dealers deliver to Alaska?
I filmed some ADU's at Stratford Homes in ID that says they service Alaska. Might be worth calling them and seeing what they can go up there.
@@NatesHomeTours Thank You.
Why do the walk in showers not have doors?
I've wondered that myself and don't know the answer.
This home is perfect, just make the living room as the front of the home and take the laundry room to the end of the home, otherwise it's perfect.
Love it but not the carpet
The height of the ceilings seem low and the living and kitchen areas look small
There is so much to like about this home. I think the front porch is beautiful, but it's not deep enough to sit and lounge.

They never know what to do with a triple wide
A lot of wasted space. For a house this size it should have another half bath.
I like everything except. That. Island. Don't like. Island. It needs. Walls. Place. To put. A. Freezer
There was a spot just for the freezer in the the utility room.
