Very nice home and absolutely love the hickory cabinets And the pantry is great and laundry room nice and love the Water heater access in there, the laundry passthrough from the master bathroom is great but truthfully don't need that much space solely dedicated to laundry passthrough put some shelves in there leaving enough room for a hamper or basket. This home needs these things so yes they forgot some things. 1. Full linen closet or cabinet for the other side of the home with 3 bedroom's. 2. The Windows in the Master bathroom need to open to let fresh air in and they don't. 3. This home doesn't have a Coat closet and would be nice to have one. 4. The master bathroom shower should have a hand held shower as well. The living room fireplace and TV area are done very nice and even though I'm personally not a fan of electric fireplaces or elongated fireplaces this one looks better than most. Would like to know what can be offered with a traditional style fireplace but same features. I do feel like they should have carried the hickory wood cabinets through to the bathroom vanities and cabinets as well as the ones in the laundry room. The master water closet needs a window and should be one that opens for air plus natural light, it's on the end so very feasible on the side wall and the wall above the tank should have a cabinet above there too.

Take the tub out of master bath, not liking where it is, I'd hate to be drunk and take a shower with all those busy tiles 😂. Other than that it is beautiful. Yellowstone is the best show , big fan. ❤ From Boston
This home had me right up until the master bath. I don't like the shower and tub. The clothing pass-through was a waste to me in the master bath and utility room. I'd lose them and opt for freezer space.

Nate, this is a nice home. Living room is great but not sure if you can fit a larger television (75 inch or larger) in the space provided. If you use the entertainment room you have more options. Master bath is big and beautiful, however the laundry pass through is confusing. If you put a washer and dryer in the space provided I’m not sure you will be able to open that door in the utility room. Another great job Nate.
I love the home but would change the laundry room a little bit, to make room for a freezer. I'd also change the master bathroom's laundry-pass through, I feel it's not needed. Nate, I absolutely love your videos, I sincerely do. I've tried watching other videos (not yours) and I compare their videos to yours and end up not watching the entire video. When you say this home has it all there would be a couple of changes that I would do to it since the fireplace is on the wall that the master bedroom is on the same wall I would have put a dual fireplace wood-burning of course one of the thing I would have done to it tankless hot water and then in the laundry room where that passages with the door opens that goes into the master bathroom I would have put wood dowels on both sides of it or hanging that way it still would have left a walk path to walk through it other than that everything's good
It looks really dark. I hate the color of the cabinets and the counter tops. The floors are too dark and the staging is dark. It makes hard to picture it with lighter cabinets and floors.
I sometimes think when I film these extra large 80 foot homes, my old apartment building was 24 foot wide and 82 feet long, with 3 units. What it would be like if I had that whole building to myself.
