Its a great and perfect movements. when i follow your tips as of evening here in the Philippines doc, my body pain relieves... Thank you for caring and sharing.. Take care doc and God Bless
Dude thank you so much for this!!’ I need to do these on a daily but just one time doing these took my pain away thank you 🙏. God brought me to this video to help me.
Starting small is a big thing that I could have taken advice on many years ago. When you do it gently it sort of coaxes itself into position over the days that you stretch. Every time that I've put myself through rigorous stretching without something small for a few days it just makes my back tighter which makes it worse and then I can't tell what exercises are helping or hurting. Turns out, for me that the lunging motion helps the most because my hip flexors being tight and weak. Took years of experimenting to kind-of figure it out. I should have just known! (from the basic fact that we sit more than we ever have in history).
Just once I would like to see somebody with actual pain, try to get into these positions. As someone who has suffered from sciatica and lower back pain most of my life. These positions are impossible for me when I’m hurting.
If I was having a full "attack", I probably could not get into them. That said, these are some of the best stretches for the lower back that I've found so far. Source: chronic lower back pain for about 20 years, sometimes getting so bad that I can barely move or I risk puking from pain
Oh my goodness! I have had back pain since I was about 13, and I’m now 69. I just recently, within the last 5 years, found out I have structural hypoerlordosis. Why didn’t anyone tell me this? There’s a definite indentation in my spine where the top part sits at the edge of my lower spine, creating a sway back, but I can’t move it. My mom used to tell me I stood funny, but to relieve the pain, I stood like a flamingo with one foot on my other knee. I drove that way, too. I also found out about 3 years ago, that I have ankylosing spondylitis, and within the past few years I can no longer get decompression because it started making me dizzy and nauseous. I went to the rheumatologist who confirmed the AS and said my entire spine has fused with bony spurs inside. I can’t do anything I love to do anymore without paying heavily for it. They can’t even operate or give me injections. Thank goodness I get pain meds! 🙏🩷
Thank you, this was very helpful, i was having this nagging tightness/pain in my lower back to the right. And sure these exercises targeted the spots i needed. I feel bit better already
I’m 20, I work in construction and I’ve had extremely painful lower back pain for the past 6 months. It’s constant pain whether I’m laying down or standing up. I can barely lean backwards and my posture has worsened a lot. I try to fix it but it’s too painful to sit up straight, what do I do

This is so stupid, he teached everything before telling me to check with my physician before doing any of these. I was listening to him telling me to check first before doing any of these after finishing all of these.

@@caffeinepowered3957Did you go to a rheumatologist? You may have an infection or autoimmune in your spine.
That last one really helped 👌

no you will die
For the first exercises, should you raise the knee up on the side with the pain, or the non pain side?
I have no idea, but I think u should do 2 sets with each set on different knee
What if you have been laying down a lot?
Would this help with arthritis in the lower spine ?

3:57 isn't that posture improper? Wouldn't that be bad for you?
*looks up stretches for lower back and finds video about stretching hamstrings*
One of the main reasons you have lower back pains is cause you have tight hamstrings
I hope you tried these; they are great!
These are quality lower back stretches. I'm glad I found this one.
Did you not even listen to the guy? My god man
Body is connected
bruh my back hurts so bad rn i cant even do any of these lmao
Half of these do not work and actually make lower back pain more painful
mvp mark
I'm watching this from the spinal injuries clinic...😳
Note to self: only do 1 and 3. Do not stretch hamstring
It looks to me that his back is too curved & his core isnt engaged
I did not like these for my lower back and hips
I lose my balance
it only worked for a few minutes, now my back is hurting again.
Muscles require more than one workout to strengthen
mouthbreather the guy

Terrible - that's a terrible stretch to start with. And people will over-do it. Ug. Need to warm up first.
What sort of experience, certification, degree, etc. do you have?
does it work tho
