Hey Paul. I'm a PT 3 years out of school. Love that you add in the progressive loading, and I'm interested that you get such good results with the calf stretching. I would expect the results to be so good, but the frequency is higher than I would think to recommend, so I'll try that. Thank you! I'm curious about your thoughts on pronation and corrective orthotics. I am learning more about how pronation is a necessary part of the gait cycle and possibly has been overly demonized by PTs. If that is the case, I worry that corrective orthotics are restricting feet from moving in a natural way which could be problematic. I'm curious what your thoughts are on this.
