I know this is a year ago but its for those who have the same question. When the suction reduces that meand the valve has gone bad. Valves should be replaced every month for exclusive pumpers. Duckbill valves are the best and can work on medela pumps
Does it take you 10-15 min each breast with an electric pump as well? I'm going back to work soon and would rather not bring my electric pump out of convenience and only bring a manual pump. My concern is that the manual pump might take much longer, did it for you?
Hi! Thank you for watching my video. When I used my manual pump, I still pumped for 15-20 mins. You will get tired and sometimes I think that that manual pump is not as effective than the electric pump. But still worth having and using. Hope that helps :)

It sucks those bottles only hold 5 oz... 🙄 That's deff not enough for women who over produce.

I actually pump more milk with the manual than with the electric. And I get a better and longer let down with it. My favorite is the lansinoh one.
