I'm using the auto-invest feature on my stocks ISA. I've selected 'Free funds' and added my card- will the money just come out of my bank account every month or do I have to set up a separate standing order to deposit the required money into my trading 212 account?
@@Dr.JubairsFinance How do personally you auto-add funds/ what is the best way? I personally do not want to check the app and let it do everything automatically.
That t212 fee for automatic is ridiculous, would be great if that was free or at least 0.05% maybe. I guess for some people though it helps keep it up, better than not at all
Do you mean the fee for card transactions? I'm sure it's due to the fact that it costs them extra to process these payments, and it's not entirely their decision.
You get daily interest on uninvested cash, doesn't matter if you have the card. Obviously whatever you spend, you won't get interest on that, as it will be allocated to the spend
0.07% of £1,000 is £7, not £70, my apologies for the mistake. But point still stands, avoid that unnecessary fee!

I believe you will have to set up a standing order from your Bank, remember that there are fees associated with using a card to add funds

Can you do a video on share lending on T212?
I've made one actually, pretty old now, but you can check it out
@ thanks will do
Is it possible to transfer my free funds back into my regular bank account? e.g Lloyds Bank?
Yes it's possible. If it's within your ISA, you may lose your allowance though if you try to redeposit.
Thanks for the free share
You're so welcome, what company did you get?

yes definitely, I understand it, just puts me off doing it
Pretty sure there's a way you can set-up a standing order from your bank to Trading 212 each month and then just set the pie to autoinvest free funds
MAGA 😂 mens SNP 500 going down 10% for next 3 months
I was going to get this card I read some were that if you used the card you wouldn’t get the daily interest
