      I am a former investment banker and have been a university prof for over 25 years and I enjoy watching these videos because the advice is sound. Diversification is the most important advice. However, currently I think buying gold and uranium stocks is a better idea. Even Warren Buffett thinks there will be a massive correction in the stock market and when that happens investors seek safe havens like PMs and government bonds (short-running).

    Grow rich slowly, I did it and you can too. I also did it for my son. When he was born I opened an UTMA account for him with $25.00 and added money when I could. At 18 I turned that UTMA into a Roth IRA. My son is now 39 and the value of his account is over $225,000.

    Here is a Q plz !
    In the start, you said we should do long time investment with money, we don’t need to use immediately.
    While at the end, you said we withdraw profit from brokerage to our bank ?
    Make it clear plz !

    Hi, what do you mean by relatively soon? I am putting money aside for a down payment hopefully in 4 years but I didn't want it to just sit in a savings account. It is invested in tax advantaged accounts. My TFSA, FHSA and RRSP. I'm in Canada. Which part isn't ideal to you?

    • @clearvaluetax9382
      @clearvaluetax9382  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      4 years is not “relatively soon” so you’re good to invest it. Relatively soon would be less than a year.

      Yes, I like REITs. However, don't chase high yields just because they're extremely high. Always investigate those situations to see whether a dividend cut is coming soon.
