Hello Friends..!! If you are using coil gas or induction gas you can directly reverse the Kadai and roast the Roti but if you are using regular Indian flame 🔥 gas then please keep some Stainless Steel Jali plate (one which we are using for roasting vegetables or making phulkas) over the flame then place the kadai or just keep some brick 🧱 blocks from two sides and place the kadai in reverse manner to get some Air or else the flame 🔥 will get switch off if you avoid this. You just need to keep some space to let Air flow by to avoid switching off the flame..!!
