I’m a builder here in Raleigh nc I do a lot of work downtown Raleigh, Durham, and rocky mt nc. Those homes are nice I can give you tile shower walls and floors with wood instead of metal closets for those numbers. If you have land I can build anywhere. Keep doing your thing.❤
Are all new housing developments going to be set this close together? I wouldn't mind buying a smaller home, but I highly value privacy and outside space. I'd like to look out of my window and not see neighbors. Is this kind of home a relic of the past? It's starting to feel like having a yard and privacy is ancient history.
I just completed my Downpayment assistance program. I now have a counselor, I just have to pay off a few Credit cards and ill be ready..I'm so excited!
Another solid video! I recently toured these homes. The pricier home was a bit of a disappointment as the living space had no dining area apart from the island. The loft on the third floor was incredible though. Could definitely squeeze another bedroom up there. Also, the House Charlotte qualified-home left much to be desired as i think they were putting laminant countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. I could be mistaken as i don’t profess to know countertops.
I totally agree regarding the dining area and the third floor. But the house charlotte property has granite countertops (but they are covered in plastic to protect them during construction.)

I respect your opinion but in regards to Charlotte NC, the price isn’t getting any better. This is one of the lowest prices you’ll see for new construction. And I just read an article saying the majority of builders will be building smaller homes moving forward. I know that’s not what most of buyers I talk to want to hear, but that’s what builders are doing and people are buying them…

That is amazing price for the size. Very great as a starter or forever. Just the pantry is a tad on the small side but it works.
We’re planning to move by the end of this summer and would love to find a new build with downpayment assistance.
Any new townhomes in or around Charlotte area?
The first-floor Livingroom/ entertainment area on each home was too small. I feel that the price is too high.

Yes, 99% of all new home communities will have an HOA. And in my opinion, that's good thing.
