Gotta say Indians who move abroad don't really evolve culturally. Using a towel as a wrap for leavening dough is an indian practice dating back to pre 2000s. It's no longer done in cultured and well-off households here. I was under the assumption that when indians move abroad they quickly upgrade to the white (first world) standards. Guess, that's not always true.
most Indian restaurants in America are nasty and disgusting. My friend got food poisoning. and I got sick after eating Indian nasty food. I cook my own food now using a pressure cooker. Save me money and headache. I dont trust Indians cooking my food.
I remember the film Down Periscope where Rob Schneider yelled at the cook because there was a fingernail in the food one day, and a Band-Aid in the food the next.
I mean that's just an antacid powder putting antacid powder in Indian food probably just helps with acid reflux before it becomes a problem hahaha When they claimed drugs I was thinking heroin or cocaine and it was actually going to be interesting not just some sodium bicarbonate mixed with citric acid
