I worked in restaurants since the age of 16 and checked to make sure things were clean and soap was always filled up , paper towels , tissue , etc. I came across a lot of lazy co - workers who don’t care about the public … just their paycheck.

The only few places that he said was clean were really expensive high end fine dining restaurants. So pay a lot for a meal or you can be sure it’s not 100% clean. They need to crack down harder on these cheaper restaurants and fast food restaurants. They let them fix and open again so no one takes it seriously. After 3 C or worse grades, it should be SHUT DOWN permanently!

It takes time, effort, and money to keep it up to standard. This will continue to be an issue because the penalties and fines are too low. It’s similar to the curuptiin in the stock market, it happens regularly because it’s the fines are laughable.
