    Does this CRM have the ability to create more than 1 pipeline (like Pipedrive)?

    Why when I click on the settings do I not see automations? When I signed up for Odoo I needed automations e.g. when I moved an opportunity to a different stage, send the customer an email. I had to go into developer settings to do it, gave up and moved to projects where this was easier but doesn't fit my biz model. Anyway, where's the automations in the settings ?

      Hey there! Thanks for checking out the video. I'm sorry your menu is different. Could I ask, what version are you on? Though not listed I wanted to be transparent that this video was shot on Odoo 17. The menu *should* appear on them for it :)

      @@Jose-Odoo Odoo saas~16.3+e (Enterprise Edition) how do I update because I need that on CRM. I am a realtor and like to send my clients emails as the transaction progresses. I currently do it in projects as a work around but fits better in CRM. Also while I have you, I wish activities ended up in the To Do module and to me an activity is a to do

      I have Odoo 17.0-20240209 (Community Edition) and also I am not getting the automation option ..is this something related to enterprise ?

      @@sumaiakablan28 Yes, it is. This is a part of a general practice to eliminate useful features, effectively limiting the use of CE and open-source variants of the software, making it effectively a form of an "open-source bait", not even trial. It is angering.

      No. They actually want to rip their users by terming small needs as customizations.
