Hi Kevin, When you go over the activities, the "dashboard visibility" option does not show up on my instance. I am in 16.0. is there something I can do to get this to show up? Thanks!
Do you know where i can customize the default chatter email template or how this is done? I would like to set the reply_to email to the salesperson that sends the email. Currently it’s the sales team email that is attached to the opportunity.

Excellent tutorial! I have not found a way to create a separate pipeline for each product or service. Do you know any workarounds for this?
