Hi Kevin, When you go over the activities, the "dashboard visibility" option does not show up on my instance. I am in 16.0. is there something I can do to get this to show up? Thanks!
You are doing a great job here. I would like to ask you about dealing in different currencies and the way they are handled. Why does it appear in the partners’ accounts as an exchange difference? Do you know where i can customize the default chatter email template or how this is done? I would like to set the reply_to email to the salesperson that sends the email. Currently it’s the sales team email that is attached to the opportunity.

Excellent tutorial! I have not found a way to create a separate pipeline for each product or service. Do you know any workarounds for this?

After changing Star ranking of the contact, how do you do a soft refresh?
You just need to press enter in the search bar.
