I hope it will be will be separately released on Steam like the Enderal: Forgotten Stories mod was for Skyrim. It will just make it easier especially with regards to Mods already installed for the Base game and Its DLCs.
technically speaking I believe in lore Britain and a good amount of the rest of Europe had already blown each other up or at the very least severely damaged themselves in resource wars years before 2077
Could be good could be bad depends on the writing and how serious it takes itself. Also whether or not the mod sucks the player character off is kind of important. The frontier made you into a god of war, Brazil made you into a chosen one^2.
this video opens my mind about this project, because I've seen it a lot of mods from this on Nexus, and never really got my attention. Now, I can see why this is becoming a thing in the Fallout mod scene, and I can't wait to play it. great and beautiful video btw, amazing work.
Um china in the 1950s and 60s went through cultural rev and great leap forward, resulting in largest famine in recorded history. Doubt it would be a fun place!
Bethesda already established that there is still life and a semblance enough of civilization in Britain by a few decades before Fallout 3 that transatlantic travel is possible, so while it might not feel Fallout to state the rest of the world is dead isn't accurate.
@@Bluesonofman Apparently my previous post was deleted, possibly the links caused issues, so for Fallout 3, look up the entry on Megaton in the exploration database terminal in Herbert Dashwood's room in Tenpenny Tower (which indicated Moriarty came from outside "this country") and check up on the loading screens about Tenpenny Tower (one of the two outright calls Allistair Tenpenny a British refugee).
I kinda agree. Not that America is the only surviving country left or anything, but once it's set outside the US you lose a lot of what makes Fallout what it is. It'd basically be something completely different at that point

You got the history wrong. Great Leap & Culture Revolution was end of 50s to 60s. The period I mentioned was before WW2 in Shanghai.
