I hope you can clarify whether this works in Sequencer or not?
If it works, can you explain how to use it in Sequencer?

The effect looks very familiar. I believe I’ve seen it in Shadow of Mordor or Lord of The Rings movies when the ring is put on. It can also be used for like an A2 Berserker Mode type of effect. Either way it looks incredible and it’s a unique asset. Thanks for supporting 4.27 I’ll be waiting on the update!

Thanks ! Shadow of Mordor was the initial inspiration :) I tried recreating a similar tech.
4.27 will come up, we are working on several projects so we take time to do it properly.

Oh... this won't work for cinematics :(

Hey ! Have you tried coming on the Discord server to solve your issue ? Cinematics have some issues in deed, but it's definitely possible to make it work inside of them.
But for sure, you will have a hard time using it if you get out of the 16:9 default camera ratio.

Hello, it works in the sequencer.
You have to place the ghost capture in your scene and select the assets you want to ghost as usual (if they are spawned dynamically through sequencer it won't work at the moment or you would need to trigger and event on the ghost capturer to get them somehow).
You can tweak the effect look on the blueprint as usual and then you can use this material parameter collection to tweak the effect intensity in your shots: th-cam.com/video/RojDS7ZCy-4/w-d-xo.html
Test in play mode if you want to see the effect of course. Also, make sure you understand how it works in a standard scene before using it in the sequencer :)
If you have any more questions don't hesitate to join the Discord server so I can help you.

its not working. i put the capturer blueprint in level and select same cube. i press play and nothing happens! im on 5.2.1. custom depth-stencil enabled by default on unreal.

Hello, thanks for your support by purchasing the asset :)
I'm sorry you have encountered an issue and I will try to help you solve it.
I've just tested in a 5.2 blank project and it's working fine on my side.
Here are my reproduction steps :
      - Create a new project in 5.2 and import the ghost pack.
      - Drag and drop the ghost capturer and a cube in the default scene.
      - Go into the project settings and set "Custom Depth-Stencil Pass" to the value "Enabled with Stencil".
      - Select the cube into the ghost capturer's "Actors to ghost" list.
      - Hit play.
There are two possible issues :
      1) There is a translucent material on the cube and you need to set "Allow custom depth writes" to true in the material otherwise it won't work.
      2) The default stencil used for the ghosts is 1. Maybe you should try to change this value in the case it's already used for something else in your project. You can edit it under the category "Capture Settings" on the ghost capturer.
if it still doesn't work, you can send your Discord ID by mail to the following address.
I will help you as fast as possible :)

      Have a good evening.
