I agree. Bison would be great to domesticate. Their meat really tasty and great quality. We should definitely up the bison population and feed the US citizens with that.

Cattle had their time but now it’s time to repair our land and preserve it for future generations, instead of just letting boomers extract as much wealth as possible from our limited natural resources as they can, like locusts.
