Feeling disappointed with Kittl’s new credit policy. 💔 As a longtime user, it’s frustrating to see the daily credits for pro users drop from 30 to 6 without any reduction in cost. This change is really affecting the way I work and the creative freedom I’ve come to rely on. For those of us who depend on Kittl for our business and creative projects, this new policy feels limiting and adds extra financial pressure. 😕 Why should we have to pay more for the same level of access we previously enjoyed? I really hope Kittl listens to the community and reconsiders this decision. Suggestions: • Increase the monthly credit cap to 600-900 for pro users. • Provide more affordable options for extra credits. • Offer a tiered pricing plan that better reflects actual usage. Creative freedom shouldn’t come with added stress. Let’s hope Kittl values its most engaged users enough to make a change. 🙏 #KittlFeedback #Design
Thank you for all of the feedback and suggestions here. We hear everyone's frustrations and continuing discussions about AI and Credits moving forward. For the moment, you can check a detailed explanation here: www.kittl.com/article/kittl-new-monthly-ai-credit-system
Definitely recommend contacting them with your concerns. If not, and you plan to cancel your subscription like me (and many others), I have several other software suggestions that can replace Kittl :)
It’s pretty frustrating that Kittl reduced the number of AI credits so drastically without reducing the cost of the program. Especially when it takes so many credits to get a usable graphic in the first place. Canva just did something similar, but they reversed their decision after immense negative feedback from their customers. Hopefully Kittl will do the same. I can’t imagine they thought customers would be happy with such a dramatic reduction at the same cost.
Thank you for the feedback here. We hear you and understand everyone's points of frustration with our new credit system. This is helpful for us to compile and consider how we can adjust moving forward. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts here.
Indeed, I'm on Pro Users, 30x30days should at least 900 credits in a month but it will be 200 only? I understood I don't fully utilize all of it honestly, but I think same cost but less credits? Please look into the matters.
@@ferdusmohamad1438same, I am beyond frustrated about this change! For each design I need at least 8-10 runs until I‘m satisfied, and I‘m on expert plan! This reduction is ridiculous! If Kittl wasn’t so good altogether I‘d think of quitting!
Drew, this is absolutely fantastic! Such great resources. I plan to use this as a blueprint and resource to refer back to many times. So much good insight. I can tell a lot when into this presentation. Thank you! 😊
Thank you so much for this video. Would you please consider reversing the colors on the printed PDF version so that we don't need a to blow thru a ton of black printer ink?
This was a fantastic video, thanks for sharing it! I currently use the Kittl free version but was considering upgrading. I was disappointed to see the change in policy for AI credits and the overall reduction each month. I did have one question: if you sell t-shirts as your main product, would you recommend having separate listings for men's and women's products or just listing them together under a unisex product listing?
You are most welcome! Great question, there should be no issue with listing them together, although you are welcome to test out having multiple listings geared men and women. This is a tactic known to be used by certain sellers. It's easiest to start out with a unisex approach.
I can tell you from being a user for months, it's not worth the price for the amount of credits they're going to be giving following December 1. Luckily, there are other AIs and platforms that can easily replace them :) Some ones to consider are Ideaogram, MyDesigns, Photoshop, Playground, Canva, Dall-E 3, etc.
How do we get japanese calligraphy into kittl? I tried to upload fonts but that doesnt help change to word its supposed to be. I then changed my mac to japanese and type out words. Once i click out of the word, it changed to boxes instead of the characters. How do i fix this?
You will need to figure out the actual character structure of the word you are trying to make, and then utilize the glyphs panel over in the far right to find the needed characters.
Love that Kittl is deleting my comments and everyone else's about the upcoming changes to their credit system that everyone is complaining about :) Warning: they announced that they plan to drop our credit allowance from 2, 400 credits a month to 600 while still charging $30 a month.
Hey there, we are not deleting anyone's comments on this issue. We have only deleting exact repeated comments across many videos while responding the initial first comment. We see all of the comments, as there is no issue to copy and paste the same comment across multiple videos. We understand the frustrations on the revised credit plan. We have replied to this comment, and your other comments on a variety of videos. But we saw the original/initial one. No need to duplicate it many times. Thank you.
@@Kittldesign I didn't duplicate my comments. In fact, I specifically made sure not to. Plus, the other comments that were deleted were comments that I didn't see repeated elsewhere in your videos. For a company that doesn't "gatekeep creativity", it's ironic.

We've noted all comments and provided them to the team. We understand this might feel like a reduction at first glance. Before we made this call, we performed a detailed investigation into credit usage and found that the overwhelming majority of designers weren’t using all of their credits under the daily system. We believe the monthly system will be much more fair and flexible once you give it a spin.
@Kittldesign so just because designs weren't using all, you decided to give us less....what kind of dumb logic is that, kittl? At least make the subscription less since we are getting less.....never thought yall would become a greedy soulless company but I guess you either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become a villain
