Trying Our Baby Winch for the First Time

We bought a baby winch for emergencies! We are trying it out to see if we will be able to pull the mower onto the truck.

This is great to have! Reason is until you have to do this you will never understand, Had my drive belt go out last season and pushing a zero turn is NOT like pushing a tractor lol. 700-1000 lbs does not push very well. Had to buy the mechanical kind from Lowes to get it on trailer.

Looks like a good piece of backup equipment to have for those times if something would need an assist. Like a spare tire, you hope never need it, but its a must have!

I’ve been thinking about getting a winch before the season and this one looks like a good buy. Thankfully I haven’t needed one up to this point, but I know one day it’ll come in handy. Thanks for sharing.
