When I watch YT, I expect things to not be perfect. But I do expect a genuine, unfiltered (not too much at least) experience just like this video. Great people, "cool" collection! ❤
lol I legit commented and then realized your pinned comment addressed it xD I had my AirPods high then 2minute 33-35 seconds it got loud and I went "woah buddy!" lol
“Cool” 😎 lol… Ya know, Elise said cool a bunch too and I heard “the couples that say cool together, stay together.” Cool collection guys! LOVED the FF8 stuff. 👊👍😁
I’m sure they have both, but for everyone else, especially new collectors. Home/renters insurance and some kind of catalog of your collection, a spreadsheet, an app, a video ^^ are all things people with larger collections should keep up with.
So much neat stuff! The MegaTen collection alone...❤ What a lovely, COOL space! The number of consoles seems a bit excessive (if only because I think more people should have access to these), but if I had the space and funds I can't say I'd be better. 😂
I love this so much… such a beautiful collection, so much passion. Having said that, when games go back on the shelf backwards or out of numerical order, my senses squeal… but seriously, beautiful curation. #goals
I love the many 2ds consoles you guys own. Also jealous, you have Dot hack quarantine. Would love to see a video on your most obscure super uncommon games in your shared collection
Super cool collection!... I'm a 90's baby so I can relate to some consoles , I first had a super NES then sega gen , Looking back on all the gaming consoles I probably spent a MINT... I can't list em all but damn was it fun LOL , I'm 35 now and still a big kid at heart. You showed Fusion Frenzy!!! I had that game too. I'm still on my Xbox One 10 years old and still going strong , I bet Microsoft never envisioned that!!!
Before I go into the video, I hope you guys are having a blast in Cali at SoCal! Safe travels home and looking forward to all the footage! Now, lets take a look at y’all room!
@@JRPGLife I also really enjoyed FF 13 but never finished it because I was playing it on my sister's PS3 and she moved to NC and took her PS3 with her 😭
Cool video! Don't think I've seen a full game room tour yet from you guys. Seen a lot of stuff that interested me. Seen a few things I haven't seen before
As someone who keeps a single portion box of cheerios on my shelf, I approve of the ham. I think those are my favorite things in collections. The little random personal items that have no reason being there. The cheerios action figure, the amazon penis ball, the Taiwanese sasperilla can (It's funny because sasperilla is a uniquely american plant. So the fact that this plan was exported to make a soda on the other side of the world, only for some Asian market to import that soda BACK to the US brings me endless joy), the offbrand PUBG crisps
Wonderfully presented, as usual! Also, Dan with the surprise fave shmup reveal of DoDonpachi. My all time fave shmup. Though the explosions in the Saturn version are rubbish for some reason 😭
No Amiga stuff? The room and collections are awesome. It's great to see that you have partner that is equally passionate about games and collecting. My wife doesn't give crap about games but at least she tolerates my hobby. To be honest I largely checked out of collecting, since we have 3 kids as well, so other things took priority, but whole hunt and excitement are something that I miss a lot. Awesome guys, thank you for amazing videos!
Awesome meeting you both yesterday at socalgaming expo!!! Was pumped when you told me this would be uploading today. Put the pin you gave me on my board :)
Not going to lie, thought my phone had finally played it's last vid, the audio made me think it was time. All good though, great set up with my favorite part of any gameroom is the stories associated with the collection. There's a lot to choose from but I'd have to say my favorite part was the resident evil figures. Don't get me wrong, the collection is amazing and well organized. Just something that stood out to me. The metal gear figures are awesome as well, still on the hunt for liquid snake. Great job with the vid. ☝️🙌✨️
Honestly, I'm not a big Resident Evil fan (I enjoy the games, but I never played them as a kid. Mostly been getting into the remakes an gonna play 5 cause I remember that being a fun dumb shooter) and I'm not a big figure guy... But Resident Evil action figures is something I could see myself collecting a few of. Just feels like action figures of resident evil are so natural.
That ff13 ps3 controller is pretty cool. They exist on ebay, but are like $400+ Something I didn't know I needed, and is pretty cheap considering, is the ff13-2 ps3.
@JRPGLife Thats a shame I always hoped to run into you two. I was also hoping to trade you for a rare Working Designs item (its not a game) but I don't think you want to go down the rabbit hole of WD pins and variant discs anyway haha
@JRPGLife Its a popful Mail pin. I got it with the game years ago (when the game was about half the price as it is now) and the pin came with it. I see listings online for the other pins like Dragon Force, Iron Storm, and Albert Odyssey but I never see listings for the popful Mail one. Maybe ill go to every booth at the convention and see what I can get for it like yall did with the cardboard Crash lol
YEA Vita! I still play mine regularly, I just hate that physical carts are getting so expensive. I did get a copy of Persona 4 Golden it could still be had new for $20 though. Also yes to the "Genesis Tower of Power"
Glad someone got use of the portal. I just can't see the use of it, I mean, yeah I can remote play my playstation.... but can you? Remote play already hurts, and I frankly have so many games I could just play on my steam deck natively without input lag that I really can't see the need for such a device. Side note, have you looked into getting a steam deck. I'm not sure how into PC gaming you are, but even if you aren't, it's a great way to get started. And the steam deck is just perfect for JRPGs. I've been playing through FF6 on it. But I think my favorite is Trails of Cold Steel. You can pretty much save wherever in it, so it's great for a brief pick up and play. This doesn't take into account, however, that you can just pause and suspend the steam deck for a nice long time while you do something else. Also a great way to play Persona 5 Royal now that it's on PC. I encourage you to get one. I think you will find that you have to get another so you each have one.
You should level up after the first ten cools, after level 10 you get a bird/dragon thing that shoots fire and says cool like gauntlet legends. Just a thought
Nope, we are just building a Nintendo collection for cheap and taking people along on the journey. We have no intention of selling our games or opening up a game store 🙂
oh my goodness, been a while since I have seen a collection of this quality in a while. So much quality and less filler. Any chance you have an idea of the total value of the collection? Must be 50k+ easily?
Apologies for the audio balancing issues! We had some microphone problems and balanced everything wrong. We will do better next time!
When I watch YT, I expect things to not be perfect. But I do expect a genuine, unfiltered (not too much at least) experience just like this video.

It was crazy watching on surround sound 😂😂 all good!
@@EliMeadAZ lol man I had the AirPods in, I alllll the way in the kitchen doing dishes and it got me out of nowhere xD
awesome game room, you guys are lucky to find each other and share a cool hobby
i love that the switch game cases are so small, its easier to collect as they take less space :3
“Cool” 😎 lol… Ya know, Elise said cool a bunch too and I heard “the couples that say cool together, stay together.” Cool collection guys! LOVED the FF8 stuff. 👊👍😁
Haha absolutely!
Gonna need to hire an armed guard to guard that room. Robbing it would be more profitable then bank robbing.
Do they have home owner's insurance that also covers the value of the game room in the event of a fire or flood?
Absolutely
I’m sure they have both, but for everyone else, especially new collectors. Home/renters insurance and some kind of catalog of your collection, a spreadsheet, an app, a video ^^ are all things people with larger collections should keep up with.
Excellent Room Dan and Elisa! Thanks for sharing!!
Thanks for watching 😀

Love it! Love how clean and organized you two keep it!
Beautiful collection! Gonna need a bigger room! ❤ The handheld stuff is nuts!
Absolutely beautiful room! 🔥 well done!

Such a fun game! 😀
Dope set up 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I hope I find a partner who I can share my hobby with like this, very cool game room
Great room!
Thanks for saying so 🙂
FF Pixel Remaster - I guess I was one of the lucky ones because I did buy it directly from SE that morning.
Jealous!
You guys are very much full setters. I’ll never do another full set after I finish the vita. I’ve been working on it for 6 years and I’m tired.
Haha that's how we feel as well right now. Maybe we will do Dreamcast after 3DS is done though 🤔
Cool video! Cool games! Cool room! COOL!
Thank you 🤗
Absolutely fantastic game Oasis! Is JRPGlife going to the Too many games convention in Oaks PA? I go every year and its incredible
Unfortunately not, it's just too far from us, sorry! But we will be at SEGE next month 😀

Edit: The PSP Editions.
Can't blame him for saying cool that many times, nice room tour!

Around 3600 games 😀

I think the audio is only coming out of one ear?
Or the music to speaker audio mixing is off?
Something doesn't sound right :/
I noticed that too. Some clips may be messed up
Yeah we messed up with the microphone balancing, we will do better next time, sorry! 😔
@@JRPGLife no worries, it’s actually spurred me to watch the previous year’s room tours. You guys are a good watch!
You got time for Trails but that backlog keeps growing the way Falcom is busting out games and NISA is catching up in translation.

Hahaha
That room is actually what heaven looks like 🤩 also ff8 is the best one in the entire series 🫡
Thanks so much 🙂
FF 8 Is the best game in the series! Awesome video guys!
Hail FF8 and it's greatness!
