However on YT, I see people from GGN and others, going out of their way, making videos to discourage people from long term investing.
By 2030, housing needs will start to go thru the roof and this kind of prime residential opportunity comes once in a life time (although the plots are quite pricy now).
If someone can afford GN, then by all means buy there. That is shaping up nice too.

Greater Noida has same issue government not fully developed Greater Noida and planning to other scheme.
People invested at Greater Noida and after getting Tax and revenue government run away and sectors people are struggling for public transport and employment.

Tou agr inki maanoge tou kabhi bhi ghar nhi le paoge. Purane log mere baat ko samajh rhe honge. Jo log channel pe nye hain, plz enka purana video dekhein
Mr. Chandel ji, lot of people trust you. But you have cheated them. You strongly told that this was bubble in price rise when the price started rising exponentially last year.
Now a plot of 120m @ 65L has gone about 1 Cr in Greater Noida.
People believed you and keep waiting for bubble to burst but price kept rising up. Brokers were true when they siad continually that the price soon will hit up to 90L/Sqm.
You were wrong and lot many people suffered by trusting you and awaiting bubble to burst and price to come at its standard rate but now no use then repenting and cursing to you.
You must reply on this.
